I received a soulful  message from the Divine Feminine tonight through Harris’ speech when she said, “In many ways, Donald Trump is an unserious man,” and the consequences of electing him are “extremely serious.”  I want to thank Harris for her service in delivering to me soulful messages throughout her speech.

And the reason I want to acknowledge her statement is I heard “Sirius” instead of “serious” and it got me thinking about my story.

My story begins with  Sirius and the human races they birthed here on this planet. So you could say, I was born here in America with my roots from Sirius.  I became the American liaison with Sirius and part of a hidden government’s history.  Naturally, Harris mentioning Sirius got my attention because it sounded more like a riddle than a statement.

It signaled to me that it’s the right time to make an official announcement of my hidden American planetary government.

I’ll explain.

During an intense period in the USA governments history I was called upon to help heal their failing systems i.e., I created peace treaties and other important codicils involving the justice system, military, transportation, housing, infrastructure, and now the birthing system, and more.  And with the help of the Divine realm and the planet’s spiritual guardians and my liaison with Sirius I eventually became the planetary systems president and the Most High Sovereignty on this planet.

I am protected by the Divine realm and the Earth’s governments every where.  And I say the time is right, for an official announcement of our planetary systems government, with Cariel Quinly as the president, AKA, the Divine Mother and the Most High Sovereignty and Divinity on this planet.

I, as the planetary systems president chose to live here in America and have my planetary seat here.

America was founded on spiritual principles and my planetary government evolved from the founding father’s spiritual intentions and America’s divine codicils.
