Mantras are words (phrases) repeated while meditating.

The Most COMMON SEED MANTRA (Bijas)

AUM - The Seed of the Immensity (Owwmmmm)

The meaning of AUM is 'I accept' or 'I bow' in the primordial
language. It is realization and assent  = "I Am That I AM".

The three letters - A, U, M represent the three tendencies or gunas,
the revolving (rajas), the cohesive (sattva) and the disintegrating (tamas).

The A represents Brahma, the form of the universe. It is the state
of waking (jagat) and the power of action (kriya).

The U represents Vishnu, the Law of the universe and the Cosmic
Intellect. It is the state of dreaming (svapna) and the power of
thought (mana).

The A and U together mean 'truth' and/or 'immortality'.

The M represents Shiva, the causal principle, the Cosmic
Consciousness and the All-Knowing One. It is the state of deep
dreamless sleep (turiya) and the power of consciousness (chit).

The half-letter (anushvara) or the dot represents that which
cannot be perceived by the mind and cannot be expressed in
words.

Repetitions: Thrice ten times a day.

The intention is to cause you to be one with all life thereby opening yourself to unlimited growth. The mantra is most beneficial due to its vibratory frequency not its literal translation.

     It can generate:

• bliss
• and an elevated state of consciousness

Affirmation: “I move forward into a New Year, I release the old and embrace the new.”

Mantra: “Om Shrim Maha Lakshmiyei Swaha” (Om Shreem Mah-ha Laksh-mee-yei Swah-ha)

(A mantra to Lakshmi, Goddess of Abundance, bringing abundant success to the areas of our lives in which we have focused our energies and requested assistance.)

Affirmation: “I set my course, I progress, I achieve my goals.”

 Mantra: “Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha” (Om Gum Guh-nuh-puh-tuh-yei Nahm-ah-ha)

(A mantra to Ganesh to remove obstacles thereby opening the way for new positive changes, situations and/or persons to enter our lives.  Frequently this mantra is said prior to other mantra practice to make way for the other mantra work to more easily produce the desired effects.)

Affirmation: “I co-create and live in a positive healthy environment.”

Mantra: Hung Vajra Peh (Hoong Vahj-rah Pay)

(A mantra invoking Vajrapani, the Protector of Dharma and the Great Initiator, used to clear negativity {physical, emotional or mental} by neutralizing and dispersing negative thoughtforms.)

Affirmation: I am an eternal being of Light, loved unconditionally by Father-Mother God.

Mantra: Om Shanti Om (Om Shahn-tee Om) (A mantra for radiating dynamic world peace.)

The "mani"  means "jewel" - wisdom, while "padme" means "lotus" - compassion.
