My advice on meditating and receiving and/or channeling divine inspiration and healing:

1. Sit quietly, contemplating love and light, protecting yourself with a pray and a column of golden light, asking for Father/Mother God's (Great Spirit or whatever you call the Most High) guidance.

2. MEDITATE, going deeper - Learn about different energies, so that you can discern the higher frequencies from the lower.

3. Question who or what you are in contact with. Do not give over your power to just any energy. Surrender only to God. Developing a relationship with God is the Key.  Any being who tries to take your power is not highly developed. Highly evolved beings don't want your power. They have their own Divine Power and are here to guide, heal, and anchor Heaven on Earth.

4. Your integration of opposites is essential. Learn about your fears and inner demons.  With pure Light wash away all negative thinking and with every breath (deep breathing is very cleansing) focus more and more on God/Goddess, All That Is.  Trust your Higher Self (Christ Consciousness) to always be there protecting you at every twist and turn. Believe in your Higher Self and all will be well and most beneficial.

5. Vow each day to be more and more in touch with who you really are.  Just as Christ ascended in consciousness so shall you.  This is true Christ Consciousness.  

6. Trust that Father/Mother God is providing you with communications and synchronicities with higher energies and dimensions which support your Ascension to God and anchoring Heaven on Earth.

7. KEEP A JOURNAL
