The Demonic Cabal  - Norman D. Livergood

From all available evidence referenced in the "recommended sources" section below,* it's clear that the most compelling hypothesis explaining the interconnected crimes, lies, and human slaughter occurring in our modern world is that a demonic cabal took control of the United States in the early part of the twentieth century and is now methodically destroying American and world institutions and values. 

The main goal of the cabal has been to consolidate political, economic, and social power in its hands while obliterating the minds of the masses to establish a militaristic, imperialistic dictatorship. By designating this cabal as "demonic," I do not imply that there is need for hatred, anxiety, or hopelessness. It is simply the situation that this cabal has seized control and we need to face it and get on with the business of bringing about fundamental change in our society. On the other hand we should not simply sit about idly theorizing or smiling at the devastation of human beings in our society. Something must be done! 

The purpose of this essay is to help American and world citizens see who and what is controlling events from behind the scenes, to assist in making clear just what kind of demonic forces are bringing about the destruction of American and world values and institutions.  It's clear that many people are so possessed by the current reactionary brainwashing that they will be unable to consider any of these ideas. But people throughout the world are waking up to what is going on and they need to see behind the curtains to the real, criminal powers that manipulate human minds and destroy human liberties. We need to see the real face of our enemies.

Having illegally seized the presidency--with the criminal assistance of Jeb Bush and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2000 and stealing the 2002 and 2004 elections, gaining the majority in both houses of Congress--the puppet Bush II regime is privatizing public resources, crippling local, state, and federal governments by spending only for militarism (domestic and foreign), creating a huge federal debt that later generations will have to repay, and creating tax cuts and subsidies for the rich. Criminal, self-serving corruption runs rampant throughout the Bush II administration, as it did in his father's Iran-Contra and Savings-and-Loan crime sprees. 

The legal and moral degeneracy of the Bush junta is clearly seen in Karl Rove's outing of a CIA agent as political payback--and Rove experiencing no negative repercussions. The horrible tyranny that is being created by the Bush junta is a threat to the entire world. 

For the first time in its history, Western Civilization as a whole is in danger of being destroyed by an international, demonic cabal centered around the Rockefeller interests, which include elements from the Morgan, Brown, Rothschild, Du Pont, Harriman, Kuhn-Loeb, and other groupings as well. This junta took control of the political, financial, and cultural life of America in the first two decades of the twentieth century. 

The Bush family, beginning with Prescott Bush, have served as satraps of the Rockefeller, Brown, and Harriman interests. President Bush is simply a puppet of this powerful cabal, and their schemes will be carried out by whatever next president comes to power unless we the people deflect them from this insane, murderous plot for global dominance.

Brotherhood of the Bell: Black Arts & Black Sciences (author unknown)

As time went on, the "privy" developed into a real clique of not only specially screened corporations but also choice individuals found by federal talent hunts. A new sub-culture was born with a new personality and belief system - separate from mainstream Americans.

Cutting-edge technology such as stealth aircraft, invisible hovercraft, extremely low frequency mind control, weather control, and cloning became secret sciences. The new knowledge was and still is not available to the regular Army, to Congress, or to any University. The most secret of the secret was in the hands of a power-hungry few that tied itself to the World Bank for the future funding of its projects. They developed "think tanks" - like Stanford and Tavistock - to keep the masses fooled about everything.

The deception grew like a cancer into every area of industrialized society. They moved into everything from the Mafia to Harvard University to International Banking. They learned how to control the media and, thus, they controlled the television, Hollywood, every newspaper, every educational institution and every person's mind - at least to a certain point.

Accusations of abuse and inhuman acts by the C.I.A. and F.B.I. were investigated by Congress in 1977. They used the excuse of "national security" for every crime they committed. Under the guise of "national security", there has not been an investigation of their highly illegal activities since 1977. Your Congress, your President and your Supreme Court are actually scared of them. A mountain of evidence points to the fact that they have killed thousands, including corporate executives and politicians - like JFK. They are thus considered the "Invisible Government."

The "Invisible Government" needs a name at this point, so let us call it "The Brotherhood of the Bell." This was a 1960's movie about such a conspiracy. By the way, Bell Corporation made the first flying saucer called "The Bell" - for the "Invisible Government" because it was shaped like a bell. Therefore, I shall call the "Brotherhood of the Bell", or simply, "B.O.B."

B.O.B. became an internationally funded and operated organization that developed its totalitarian tactics for worldwide economic, political and military control. B.O.B. led us to believe that half of the earth was religious-capitalism defended by the CIA and the other half of the world was atheist communism defended by the KGB. But, in actuality the International Bankers and ancient esoteric secret societies with an octopus of intelligence agencies controlled the entire earth - even through World Wars I and II. Whenever a few cliques decided to go into business for themselves and break away from the monopoly system, we would have a world war. The same is true today; so do not mess with the super-bankers.

The Cold War ended because of a worldwide cry for "peace". The old industrialist-banker game of churning up another war for the military-industrial complex was becoming more and more difficult. Their "think-tanks" had to come up with a new strategy to subdue this "New Left" ideology. Time, also, changed technology thus the bankers and industrialists no longer needed large populations to do the farming, work in the factories or even fight in their war-machine game. Advanced computers, robots and artificial intelligence bio-electronics and cloning eliminated the need of all of these useless eaters. Top secret meetings were held as early as 1960, developing strategies like, for example, "The Report From Iron Mountain."

The "New Left", with all of it's altruistic and humanitarian concepts would be the "Trojan Horse" that would bring in the largest "shadow of death" to fall on mankind in the written history of the earth. In "Globalist" books, in their reports at the United Nations, on their statues and art at the new Masonic airports, on their shrines like the "Georgia Guide Stones", they all call for a massive de-population of the earth! They also command eliminating democracy and culture under the guise of a new "think tank" invented international religion and government.

On the other hand, certain racist New Right organizations have and are being manipulated by the Black Ops agent provocateurs to appear hostile to the masses through their song bird media. The truth is that these groups are very aware of certain concepts of the New World Order; but, they cannot see that they are being used as "scapegoats" and "patsies" for Black Operations" sabotage. The invisible government always uses some sort of chaos they create to steer public demand for social change - such as gun control. Their hoodwinking games are from the old Masonic term "Ordo Ab Chao." They create the problem secretly but their politicians come forward openly with a new solution - Order Out of Chaos.

B.O.B.'s old excuse was "national security" for its cruelty to mankind. Now it is made of a string of excuses, like: "To save the children", or: "To save nature!" The truth is that "The Brotherhood of the Bell" is destroying more nature with its' top secret projects like the nuclear bomb, chemical and biological warfare, and H.A.A.R.P. (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) than we the "useless eaters" could ever imagine doing.

When the Berlin wall came down, the Black Operations of the East merged with the Black Operations of the West. The "think tanks" now include Soviets and Red Chinese. They have mixed their ideas for an One World Order and have mixed their military Special Forces together in a scheme to execute the "cleansing" or "killing fields."

The "Black Budget" then started to be used for the "Black Arts" and became known as the "Black Sciences."

The earliest projects actually started prior to World War I while the more popular ones started around World War II. The U.S. Army was in charge of making the "A-bomb" in the "Manhattan Project" and the U.S. Navy was in charge of making stealth equipment and invisibility in the "Philadelphia Experiment."

After the war, the scientists of both projects were joined with Nazi scientists from Germany and NASA and the National Security Agency were formed. Previous experiments, like "The Babylon Working", and "The Montauk Project" used Nazi occultists and scientists to communicate with and materialize inter-dimensional beings. They also started working on inter-dimensional time travel and eugenics/cloning. Thus, the Black Sciences were born.

The Cabal - A Geoplutocratic "Elite" Bent on Global Domination by Richard Boylan, Ph.D.

"The Cabal" refers to a claque of global-scale plutocratic manipulators who use their immense wealth, prestige and power to control governments and economies to perpetuate their stranglehold on global society. This group is comprised of the most selfish, megalomaniacal, and sociopathic individuals, some of whom are bigshots in the Bilderberg Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission global policy-making groups. But these groups are not synonymous with The Cabal, since BC, CFR and TLC also contain some well-intentioned individuals.

The Cabal is a kind of "parallel government" to the official elected and appointed governments of the more developed countries.
In the Cabal five branches may be identified. These branches are: the Executive Branch, the Intelligence Branch, the War Department, the Weapons Industry Branch, and the Financial Department.

An analysis of the overall purposes of these five branches suggests that the overall purpose of the Cabal is to exercise covert control by: 1) collecting comprehensive institutional and personal information, 2) by establishing national and international policy independently of the established Governments, 3) by developing high-tech arms and equipment, and, with these, establishing small, specialized, highly-mobile, elite military units to effect these covert policies, when need arises, without having to rely on the official (and "unreliable") Armed Services, (whose subservience to the Cabal is reasonably suspect), 4) by developing an armed capability to repel any threat to the status quo, (including the uncertain ontological, social, and economic impacts of any revelation of the reality of UFO and extraterrestrial presence) through the development of a Star Wars/BMDO ground and space-based surveillance and SDI weapons network, 5) by denying information compromising to the Cabal from all those outside "need-to-know" policymaking levels, and 6) by exercising control on the money supply, availability of credit, and the worth of money, through policy decisions made outside of the official Governments.

The Cabal are also the rogue group behind the continuation of the unauthorized UFO Cover-Up. Unfortunately, The Cabal has its proxies on some of the seats in the Special Studies Group of the U.S. National Security Council, which controls official-government UFO information and access.
Since the Cabal has enormous international wealth at its disposal, it has the funds and influence to make sure that the majority of presentations which make it to public view are negativistic in tone. Their thinking is that if they can’t sell you the lie that "UFOs don’t exist", then their fall-back strategy is to convince you that "they are evil mean invaders." Thus, the presentations they finance and promote feature the Star Visitors as torturers, plotters and monsters.

The unauthorized UFO Cover-Up is to be distinguished from the official-government UFO Cover-Up.The unauthorized UFO Cover-Up is the organization that conducts kidnappings and terrorizing of innocent civilians, camouflaged as "alien abductions". They do wholesale "cattle mutilations", hoping that angry ranchers and terrorized citizens will blame it on "the aliens".

It should also be noted that some of the lurid reports being palmed off on the public as examples of “alien misbehavior” are actually secret psychological warfare operations by human rogue military-intelligence units. These renegade military-intelligence units kidnap civilians without legal authorization or justification. These units drug those they kidnap, (often experiencers). These renegades deliberately intimidate, interrogate, physically abuse, and even gang-rape the civilians they kidnap. The renegade military-intelligence units then use brainwashing techniques to make the civilians they kidnap forget about the military kidnapping, while the renegades narco-hypnotically implant a false memory about the horrific experience as an alien abduction.

This is the level of evil, distortion and treachery that the Cabal repressing UFO truth goes to to protect their monopoly of highly-advanced extraterrestrial technology recovered from UFO crashes: a monopoly which has brought them trillions of dollars in profits over the last four-plus decades.

The Cabal's operatives also terrorize some UFO researchers who get too close, and even assassinate a few. They hijack some psychotronic weaponry for unauthorized use on their enemies or on innocent civilian guinea pig test subjects. In general, most of the horrific stuff done under the UFO Cover-Up comes from The Cabal's unauthorized version of the UFO Cover-Up, often using their plants within military and intelligence organizations (to further camouflage who is at work.)

The official-government authorized UFO Cover-Up is _relatively_ benign, yet is still morally responsible for the global suffering that could have been averted if the general public had access to clean non-petroleum energy, psychotronic healing machines, ZPE-powered hydroponic food-growing machines, gravity-shielded superfast airliners and sea freighters, and the immense store of spiritual, metaphysical and scientific knowledge that the Star Visitors wish to share with the people of Earth.

Some remote viewers have seen The Cabal's power broken between 2003 and 2006. They definitely will be left in the trash bin of history, by the time the transition from Fourth World [current societal mess] to Fifth World [cosmic, just, nonmaterialistic, peaceable, “extended-family” society] is well established by 2012.
